We were prepared for the more than 5 1/2 inches of snow that fell in Burlington last week. I had been to the store for entertainment. I know, most people pick up bread and milk but we had all the necessary ingredients for chocolate chip cookies and snow cream. By the looks of these faces the cookies were yummy! Not such happy faces once we made it outside....Savanna loves snowballs and snow angels, Abby loves loves tromping through the snow but poor little Sadie bug would be happier inside the warm house. I don't blame her since the snow came up to her knees. It throws off your balance a little when it is that deep! Savanna and I explored a little up and down the street then headed in for some warm lunch and hot chocolate.
